There are so many clichés about sales that I’m not going to bother. You get the point: Sales and revenue are the lifeblood of any business. Put simply: Sales is very important.
Strong sales for a startup mean more funding and possibly an acquisition. Strong sales at a public company mean price appreciation for the stock. Strong sales for an individual mean big bonuses.
